Ce service permet une optimisation, un suivi et un contrôle de la gestion comptable et financière de tous les établissements, en centralisant toutes les saisies comptables.

Il assiste et conseille les Directeurs à l’élaboration des budgets prévisionnels de fonctionnement, des comptes administratifs et des investissements de tous les établissements.

Il gère la trésorerie de l’ensemble de l’Association, et effectue tous les règlements : fournisseurs, salaires, charges sociales…
